- Light on your face, not behind you. Clip on the ring light, or face a window — never stand with a bright window behind you.
- Clip the mic about a hand's width below your chin. Then just talk normally — it does the rest.
- Hold the phone steady at eye level (or prop it on something). A few seconds of steady beats a minute of shaky.
- Film in short clips. 15–60 seconds each — a quick tip, a finding, a "here's what I look for." Lots of little clips give us the most to work with.
