Even when a home is brand new, some defects don't become apparent until the home has been lived in for several months. Normal use, weather, settling, and operation of the home's systems can reveal issues that simply weren't visible during the original inspection.

At approximately 9 months, we can return to your home and perform a comprehensive inspection looking for defects or deficiencies that may need to be brought to your builder's attention before your one-year warranty period ends.
