Payment Terms

We build your entire presence before a single invoice is due. The $3,500 setup fee is only issued after you approve everything in Week 4 — no risk while we do the work.
📅 Invoice Timing
Monthly invoices are sent on the 1st of each month. All invoices are due within 7 days of issuance. A 1.5%/month late fee applies after 14 days.

Your scheduling platform, video and infographic production tools, and cloud storage are all built into your monthly retainer — no separate technology line.
📈 Retainer Ramp
Your retainer scales with output as we move from launch to full cadence. It is not a surprise — every step is laid out above, month by month.
💳 Ad Budget Is Separate & Always Yours to Control
When paid advertising begins in Month 3, your ad budget is paid directly to Google and Meta — never through us. The amount is entirely at your discretion — typically $1,000–$1,500/mo, scaled up or down based on the return you're seeing. Ad management is included in your retainer, and we only run ads behind content that already proved itself organically.
