A clear 6-month agreement: a monthly retainer that ramps up as output scales, then holds steady. The retainer starts at $1,500 in Month 1 and climbs to its full rate of $4,500 by Month 5, where it holds through the end of your term. Your $3,500 one-time setup is spread across the first five months on top of the retainer. After the initial 6 months, the plan continues at these same locked rates — shown in the schedule further below.

Full cadence, active ad campaigns, and weekly reporting — held flat at $4,500 through your 6-month term, and continuing at that same locked rate after. Ad spend and its 17% management fee stay separate, based on what you choose to spend.
Payment Schedule
Each row is one monthly invoice. The Monthly Service ramps from $1,500 up to $4,500 by Month 5, then holds flat. The Setup Installment spreads your $3,500 one-time fee across the first five months. The two add up to the Total Due on each date. Your platform & technology tools are included in every retainer. Ad budget is a separate line you control and pay the ad platforms directly.

Payment Terms
✅ You Pay Nothing Up Front
We build your entire presence before a single invoice is due. Your first payment — $1,500 of your setup fee — is issued in Week 4 (July 13), only after you review and approve everything. The remaining setup fee is split into installments across the following months, so there's no risk while we do the work.
📅 Invoice Timing
Starting Month 1 — when your campaign goes live — your monthly invoice is sent on the 20th of each month. Each invoice is due within 7 days of issuance. A 1.5%/month late fee applies after 14 days.

Every tool that powers your marketing is built into your retainer — multi-platform scheduling & auto-publishing across up to 8 networks, AI video & animated-infographic production, professional voiceover, performance analytics & weekly reporting, and secure cloud storage for all your photos and clips. No separate software bills, no add-ons to manage.

Your retainer scales with output as we move from launch to full cadence. It is not a surprise — every step is laid out above, month by month.
💳 Ad Budget Is Separate & Always Yours to Control
Once your content has proven itself — usually around Month 4 — we'll advise turning on paid advertising. Your ad budget is paid directly to the ad platforms — Google, Meta, and any others that fit your audience — never through us. The amount is entirely at your discretion (typically $500–$1,000/mo), scaled up or down based on the return you're seeing. Our ad management is 17% of your ad spend ($500/mo minimum) — charged only on the budget you spend, never on your retainer or setup. We only run ads behind content that's already proven itself organically.
